No tech support!

I purchased the elite version of this app and wrote support over three weeks ago with an issue. Their one substantive response in this over three week period has been worthless and did nothing to address or fix my problem. I even told them that I would complain to Apple if they did not help and they did nothing. Its a shame because it could be a decent app if supported.
